Positive: Location was perfect. Facilities were clean and mostly comfortable. Had a problem with the flush and it was fixed pretty much immediately!! Great service. Beautiful home with room for so many people (an extra toilet would be great). Lovely to have shampoo conditioner and shower gel, plus bathroom soap and kitchen cleaning products… thank you for this. Kitchen well stocked and appliances brilliant. Extra seating area just off the kitchen brilliant and comfortable. Outside seating perfect, great BBQ and fire pit, plenty of seating. Lovely well kept garden…
Negative: The washing machine leaks every time it’s used and so the entry door to the property smells a little damp and the floor must be getting very wet. I did call the contact number and it’s something that was previously repaired and to do our best. Being a previous holiday homeowner i know how difficult the upkeep is and appreciate the cost incurred with call outs. Your house is lovely but the leak does need fixing. Sitting room is lovely, very big dining room, chairs are uncomfortable at table (maybe get some cushions for the chairs). Bedroom upstairs- bed with balcony room could do with being switched with the adjoining rooms bed. It’s such a beautiful room with a lovely window view and I think a larger bed in the room would make this room much more comfortable for 2 adults. Extra towels - bath sheet and hand towel per person would be better. Luckily we had many of our own towels so washed them. Plus a great machine and dryer we were able to wash provided towels.

Negative: The upstairs beds were very uncomfortable there was no curtains on the downstairs bedroom windows the dishwasher smelled horrible and the washer and dryer wasn't working.

Positive: Very nice and cozy home in a rather convenient location, with easy access to nearby touristic highlights. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: If anything, one may criticize the rather noisy air conditioning in the bedroom. But whoever does not want it to run during the night, can easily turn it off.
Summary: Great place to explore the White Moutains.

Positive: Perfect location in a quiet setting. The house was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The owner was very nice and accommodating.
Negative: There was only one bathroom. There is one bedroom downstairs, next to the bathroom, but all of the other bedrooms were on the second floor. We also had an incident with a mouse... but it is an old house and those things happen this time of year.
Summary: Comfortable, clean, close to everything, and affordable.

Positive: Wonderful home and accomodations. Super comfy mattresses and bedding.
Negative: The kitchen rug was a little dangerous, as it slides around very easily (possibly a non-slip rug pad added) Also, there was very limited papergoods. We needed to go out and purchase toliet paper, paper towels and napkins. There was only 1/4 roll of papertowels upon arrival and 1 extra roll of toliet paper. No napkins provided. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you!
